Cosidad, carnalidad y virtualidad

Universidad Nacional de las Artes  |   Buenos Aires, 2018

“Almost as old as the theater itself, the question of the relationship between the thing —object and body— subject, reappears with renewed relevance on the contemporary scene.
What is the theater of objects? Or better yet, in what way does the link between the thing and the flesh, between the inert and the living, between the organic and the inorganic, that the theater of objects puts on stage, challenge the conditions of our own existence today? This is the question from which artistic activity and theoretical reflection are linked in the framework of the Specialization career in Object theater, interactivity and new media at the National University of the Arts. A heterogeneous and plural book in which the creation and research on the practices and from the practices are stated presenting us the complexity of a still unexplored territory. "

Yamila Volnovich, Professor of Theatrical Semiotics and Academic Secretary of UNA.

“Anticommandment 13: To constitute a poetics of a known dramatic object, open to new explorations. / The creation with absolute freedom, of a system of variants, of expressive possibilities of the object. / To metamorphose its structure in all imaginary variants. / To promote a dissection that distances us from the conventional vision of its reality. "

Daniel Veronese, author and theater director, in La deriva, Adriana Hidalgo editora, 2000.
